Taryn comes ready for outdoor adventure in her colourful butterfly print shirt, her khaki skirt with buckle closure, funky striped socks and her oh-so-comfortable hiking boots. Taryn has a light complexion with brown eyes and long brown hair which is held back with a tiny leaf hair clip.

This premium quality doll is 46cm (18 inches) tall with a soft, huggable body and poseable arms and legs. Her eyes open and close.

Her 6-ring expandable 64-page story journal has 32 pages written and illustrated by Taryn and 32 pages with questions, prompts and blanks for you to write in! (And then, the whole journal is repeated in French).

The doll and journal arrive in a beautiful, sturdy keepsake window box that you can use to keep Taryn's treasures.

Hello!

My name is Taryn Brady. I live in beautiful Banff, Alberta.

I'm an environmentalist at heart. I guess that’s why my favourite colour is green!

Living in the Canadian Rockies give me lots of opportunity to wilderness camp with my family, search for butterflies with my dog Boulder, and ski down the mountains. It also gives me lots of beautiful scenery to paint so my watercolour paints are always in my backpack, just in case!

But don’t get me wrong … I don’t spend all my time in the mountains. My family enjoys going to country fairs and rodeos too. I guess you could say I’m a real western girl!

Looking forward to giving this beautiful doll to our daughter at Christmas. The doll arrived carefully and pristinely packaged. I had to take a peek and the details are just as beautiful in real life. I loved the accessories I was able to purchase to make the doll really special for my daughter (like the glasses that are just like her own!). I know she will be thrilled to see the matching PJs that she can have with her doll but also with her family! Very happy with this purchase.
