Orders are prepared to ship the next business day.

We are shipping by Canada Post for orders within Canada.

We offer various rates and levels of service from a Flat $9 rate for any order going anywhere in Canada, to 1-2 day express service.

Curbside Pick-Up is available from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Refer to the bottom of the Maplelea homepage for our winter holiday hours from December 23, 2024 to January 3, 2025. 

At your designated time, please come to Maplelea at 619 Steven Court, Unit 6, Newmarket ON  L3Y 6Z3 Canada, and please knock loudly or call 905-953-8131.

In-person shopping is not available. All orders must be placed ahead of time.

There is a flat fee of $9 for any size of order, anywhere in Canada.

As you go through the checkout process, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods, each showing associated costs and approximate delivery times based on the size of your order and destination postal code.

Please remember that during winter months delivery may take longer than estimated due to volume and inclement weather. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Estimated delivery times and costs for each shipping option is indicated at checkout.

In addition to the Canada Post International Shipping options below we also have a $60 flat rate option to the UK and EU. The Europe & UK $60 Flat Rate takes approximately from 12 to 30 business days depending on when your order was placed. Pickup for his flat rate option is once a week at the beginning of the week so orders must be received by Sunday midnight at 12:00 a.m EST. A telephone number is required to arrange the final pickup or delivery of your package.

For Canada Post, international shipping is based on the size of the order and the destination postal code. A shipping cost will be displayed before you submit the order, unless you choose International Parcel Surface.  

The estimated times for International Parcel Surface (the most economical service) are: 

Europe	1 to 2 months
South America	1 to 2 months
Asia-Pacific and Australia	2 to 3 months
Africa	2 to 3 months

Shipping times and costs for faster international services will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that unclaimed international parcels will not have the shipping costs for the original shipment or the return shipment included in the refund. 

Taxes are charged according to the destination to which the order is being shipped:

• ON, MB addresses: 13% HST
• PEI addresses: 14% HST
• NS, NB, NF addresses: 15% HST
• BC addresses: 12% HST
• SK addresses: 10% HST
• QC addresses: 14.975% HST
• All other Canadian addresses: 5% GST
• International: No taxes are paid at the time of the order, however there may be local taxes or duties charged when you receive the package.

Our dolls come in a beautiful, keepsake presentation box suitable for gift-giving. Most accessories are shipped in an environmentally friendly paper gift box. A few large items come packaged in functional protective corrugate packaging, including: the Wardrobe, Bed, Table, Chairs, Kayak, or cello/plastic bags, such as Bedding and the tent.

For all orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. For mail-in orders we also accept Money Orders. (We do not accept personal cheques. Money orders can be purchased at banks and post offices.)

Products that have been unopened and not played with may be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned and will be processed within three business days from when they are received by our office. Shipping charges are not refunded. 

When returning a product, please enclose the following information:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Order number
• Telephone number
• The reason for the return
