We ship your parcels by Canada Post or FedEx. Packages will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of order. We offer Canada Post Expedited, XpresspostTM and Priority, in addition to FedEx Ground, 2DayTM and Priority Overnight services.
Order pick-ups at our Newmarket, ON Fulfillment Centre
If you would like to pick up your order at our Newmarket, ON Fulfillment Centre, place your order online or by phone and indicate “Pick-up” at check out. It will be ready for pickup any time after 10am, the next business day. Our normal pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Seasonal Showroom 2017
From Saturday, October 7, 2017 until December 23, 2017 the public is invited to shop at our Seasonal Showroom at our Fulfilment Centre. All our products will be on display. You can place your order and we will pick and pack the order on the spot so that you can take it with you. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.

As you go through the checkout process, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods, each showing associated costs and approximate delivery times based on the size of your order and destination postal code.
Please remember that during winter months delivery may take longer than estimated due to volume and inclement weather. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Our dolls come in a beautiful, keepsake presentation box suitable for gift-giving. Most accessories are shipped in an environmentally friendly paper gift box. A few large items come packaged in functional protective corrugate packaging, including: the Wardrobe, Bed, Night Table, Table and Chairs, Canopy Frame, Kayak and Piccolo Stand.
For all orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. For mail-in orders we also accept Money Orders. (We do not accept personal cheques. Money orders can be purchased at banks and post offices.)
Products that have been unopened and not played with may be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refunded.
