We are currently shipping by UPS and FedEx. Shipping by Canada Post has been suspended pending the elimination of their order backlog. Please note that UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to PO Box numbers. A street address must be used.
We offer various rates and levels of service from a Flat $9 rate for any order going anywhere in Canada, to overnight express service.
Maplelea's Flat $9 Rate Fedex Express Saver delivers to most parts of Canada in 3 business days.
Pick Up your order in person in Newmarket, ON.
At check-out you can also select to pick up your order in Newmarket, ON. There is no charge for pick-up orders. Pick-up orders are ready by 11 am the next business day. For example, if you place the order over the weekend, it will be ready by 11am on Monday morning. Normal pick-up hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm.
All Maplelea products are on display at the Showroom at our Distribution Centre in Newmarket, ON. You can view the displays, place your order and we will pick and pack the order on the spot so that you can take it with you. Regular Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. Closed on Statutory Holidays.

Wednesday to Friday, Dec. 5 to 7, 2018. Open to 9am to 7pm. For extended hours after Dec. 7, please check back.

Please remember that during winter months delivery may take longer than estimated due to volume and inclement weather. Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Estimated delivery times and costs for each shipping option is indicated at checkout.

Our dolls come in a beautiful, keepsake presentation box suitable for gift-giving. Most accessories are shipped in an environmentally friendly paper gift box. A few large items come packaged in functional protective corrugate packaging, including: the Wardrobe, Bed, Night Table, Table and Chairs, Canopy Frame, Kayak and Piccolo Stand.
For all orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. For mail-in orders we also accept Money Orders. (We do not accept personal cheques. Money orders can be purchased at banks and post offices.)
Products that have been unopened and not played with may be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping charges are not refunded.
