  • Léonie always likes to look her best and takes particular care to co-ordinate her outfits. She comes wearing a detailed soft knit top, a fun printed skort and dressy red boots. Her beautiful side-parted hair is honey brown and her eyes are hazel.

    This premium quality doll is 46cm (18 inches) tall with a soft, huggable body and poseable arms and legs. Her eyes open and close.

    Her 64-page story journal expands to include the extra journal pages that come with each outfit, all of which are bilingual and includes questions, blanks and prompts so you can tell your story too. (And then, the whole journal is repeated in French).

    Everything is enclosed in a sturdy keepsake storage box that you can use to hold all of Léonie's accessories.

Bonjour!

My name is Léonie Belanger-Leblanc.

I live in historic Québec City, with my maman, papa and my twin sisters. Oh yes, and Piccolo, my pet cockatiel!

Hockey is my game — Atom at the local arena and outdoor hockey whenever I can. I love writing music, playing my guitar and jamming with my friends.

When I visit my cousins at the cabane à sucre, I get dressed up in my Pioneer Québécoise costume. La vie est belle!

This doll is absolutely stunning! She is very high quality. Even her clothing is so well made. Especially love that her journal is in English and French!

Perfect doll

After careful consideration, I chose Leonie to be my first Maplelea doll. I'm an adult doll collector from America. I collect 18 inch dolls so Maplelea has been on my radar for a long time. Now that I have Leonie, I only wish that I had bought her sooner! The quality of the doll is very good for the price. Her starter outfit is very cute and easy to get on and off. I was also pleased with the other outfits I purchased for her. I'm still very impressed with the box she came in, which is very sturdy and closes with a magnet. I'm planning on using it to store her outfits. The highlight of getting Leonie for me was sitting down and reading her journal. As an American, I'm not very familiar with Canadian culture beyond the media I've consumed. I found it very fascinating to learn a bit about Quebec from Leonie and I look forward to learning more!

I highly recommend buying this doll. You will not regret it!

I have had Leonie since I was very little she is and will always be my best friend, I love her so much! whenever I am sad or lonely Leonie is always there with warm hugs, when I'm happy she is always there to celebrate with me! unlike most 18-inch dolls after 7 years she is like new (other than all our "learning moments" on our adventures)

after quite some time I got my mapalelea and me doll Amara in person!! your staff are so kind <3. I can't thank you enough for bringing me my Leonie!

We got Leonie and her birthday bundle and we loved that she came from Quebec like my niece's great grandmother. We thought that she was pretty in her pictures but she is just beautiful in person. Her eyes are beautiful and her hair is just wonderful. We sew here so we bought extra boots but she came with several outfits and accessories. They are all just beautifully made and the details on the shoes and boots are fantastic. We did not get her meet outfit but hope we can get that later. I only wish that we had gotten this beauty years ago when her Quebecoise outfit was still available. Amazing quality and we'll be back!

This doll is amazing I love this doll so much I got her on Christmas eve 2021 Friday 24 and the look on my face was something like this O+O I was almost crying I was so happy and full of joy when I saw the box as soon as I saw the box I knew it was a Maplelea doll I love this doll so much thank you Maplelea Dolls for sending me this doll
