$3 from every shirt will be donated to the Orange Shirt Society to support their work in Residential School reconciliation, raising awareness of intergenerational trauma caused by Residential Schools, and creating awareness of the concept “Every Child Matters”.

The main importance is what the shirt stands for & I think it's really cool to draw attention towards a subject matter people either know nothing about or are uncomfortable acknowledging.
The shirt is also made of great quality, I'll happily order Maplelea clothes over AG when I can!
