It had been raining for days on Salt Spring Island, so Charlsea, Saila & Jenna were looking for ideas to pass their spare time indoors. Since it's February, that means Valentine’s day is coming up so it's time to make Valentine cards for everyone; friends, moms, dads, grandparents, brothers, sisters and any favourite person in the neighbourhood!

"What a great indoor craft idea!" they all thought, so they gathered the scissors, paper, glue, and envelopes and got busy crafting.

It’s so much fun to make cards and then receive handmade cards from your friends and family, don't you think?

As their crafting was going on, they thought "We should turn this into a real tea party!" because Valentine’s Day and treats go together so well, they thought this was a perfect occasion to bring out Charlsea’s special tea set. How do you throw an awesome Valentine's tea party? Choose fun, cheerful colours like the reds and pinks, and of course add the treats, like cupcakes, cake and even pink drinks like strawberry tea and pink lemonade. This tea party is enough to take any winter blahs away!
