Qamutiik, Traditional Inuit Sled

KS11

  • Saila's qamutiik (sled) is a smaller version of the one her family pulls behind their snowmobile when travelling to their camp in the winter.

Beautifully crafted in Canada, made of Canadian Aspen, this wooden sled is true to the design of the traditional qamutiik used by the Inuit in Canada's north. It is the perfect accessory for Maplelea Canadian Girl 18 inch doll, Saila from Nunavut.

Includes a harness for use with plush dog.  Dog is sold separately.

Now made in Canada using Canadian Aspen!

     The sled is 40.5 cm (16") long x 15 cm (6") wide x 15 cm (6") high.
