Wig: Long Blonde with Bangs (Brianne)

This is the same wig that we used for our original Brianne dolls. 

Maplelea wigs are made of Kanekelon, the best quality of fibre available for wigs. It looks and feels like real hair. 

This blonde wig is actually made using four very slightly different shades of blonde so that the overall colour looks natural.

These are original Maplelea wigs that were custom made for Maplelea dolls and are suitable for any Generation of Maplelea doll.  They may also fit other dolls with a similar head size from other brands.

PLEASE NOTE: Replacing a wig on a Maplelea doll is a challenging endeavor. However, we know that there are a number of people who like to refurbish or customize Maplelea dolls and they, like the artisans in our factory, have developed techniques for replacing wigs.

When we attach wigs to our Maplelea dolls, it is meant to be forever. It is not impossible to remove them, but it is often difficult.

The wig cap needs to be stretched and positioned correctly on a doll head which has had glue applied, without getting glue in places you don't want it.

As is usual practice, once the wig is attached, you will want to give it 100 brush strokes to remove any loose hairs.

Again, many people have developed techniques for successfully replacing dolls wigs. We are simply noting the challenges in order to avoid disappointment.
