The plaid camp shirt has a detailed collar and rolled-up sleeves. Adorable Hiking Outfit

This outfit looks like one a real child would wear, which I appreciate so much. I put mine on an American Girl doll, and the outfit is a bit tight in the pants, as the Nanea doll is chubby. I notice the Maplelea dolls are somewhat thinner in the limbs.
