I bought this doll for my 6 year old son as his "baby". We liked how you could get a doll that looked just like them. Shipping was as expected and didn't take long. The plastic on the keepsake box had a split in it but everything else arrived in good order. Doll and clothing look to be good quality. We'll see if they can live up to a young boys rough play. Time will tell.
We have several different brands of boy dolls and KMF48 is our new favorite. His name is Bart after an old friend who is his twin and he even has a tiny cowlick like Bart. His vinyl is nice and heavy and his joints are smooth. He stands by himself and he is very handsome. His eyes sparkle and his smile will win everyone over. We are so happy that we were able to adopt him because we had to wait after we adopted a Camp Tanamakoon doll first.
I love all my Maplelea Girl Dolls and have been reluctant to buy a boy doll just because I didn't think I could like a boy doll as much as a girl doll. Well, as soon as I took him out of the box, I was overjoyed at how much I loved him! He is perfect! He suddenly became one of my favourites! Blonde hair and blue eyes...can't get any better than that. :)

As an adult collector dolls hold a special place in my heart. So, I am thrilled by the quality and care that Maplelea puts into their products.
The packaging is sturdy and much of it is sustainable, the clothes are incomparable in quality. The hair is wonderful. Photos do not do these doll's justice.
Boy dolls seem a tricky execution and Maplelea met the challenge. He is heartwarming to look at. Very much resembles a boy-child of around 8–10-year-old.
His hair style is cute, no further styling was needed. I have found he stands on his own. Looking forward to his adventures in my home.
