For venturing in the far north, or keeping warm anywhere during those blustery winter months, this set will keep your doll toasty warm.

The insulated parka with 'fur' ruff is in classic Canadian red.  Storm cuffs ensure no snow or cold air goes up the sleeve and furry lining keeps in the warmth.

The water repellent snow pants have fleece on the inside.

A Canada crest decorates the fold-up edge of the toque and maple leaves are embroidered on the mitts.

The journal pages talk about how modern science has verified what the Inuit have always known--a fur ruff around the hood keeps your face warm!

I want this outfit for myself

They're not kidding about all the details on this set being authentic and just like the real thing. The coat has little elasticized cuffs inside the big cuffs, to keep out the cold, which I find delightful. The pockets are real, there's a flap across the front of the coat to cover the zipper, and it's fully lined and stuffed just like a human-sized jacket. It's so warm! My dolls are going to be warmer that I am! The pants are also nice and thick - they are stretchy and pull on - and made of outerwear material. The mittens have little maple leaves embroidered on the backs and are stuffed and have elastic cuffs like real mittens. The stretchy knit hat even has a little logo label like certain high-end outdoor outfitters do with their hats. I also love that it's not coded boy or girl, so any doll can wear it with no trouble at all. It's so functional.

Wow!

The detail and quality of this outfit is remarkable. The fabric and ˜feel™ of each piece is the same as high end outdoor clothing for kids. The little hat and mittens are a nice touch. I love the entire Canadiana collection. This is a great addition to it.
