Absolutely lovely all around! And it fits American Girl dolls too, just the top of the boots show a little of the velcro though it's not really visible because of where the velcro is. So beautiful, you won't regret getting this outfit!

Of my several Maplelea outfits for American Girl dolls, this is the most successful. The boots go on easily. They don't close completely around the wider AG leg, so red velcro would be better, but that problem barely shows, and Etsy has boots than can replace them if you prefer. Maplelea arms are longer and slimmer than AG arms, but with this design, the blouse fits equally well on both brands, and the extra length may work even better on the AGs.
The embroidery is embroidered, not printed, and is the same, front and back. If you are not a champion bow tier, the sash can go around the waist twice and knot, leaving nice streamers.
The flowers on the headdress are a bit big and bright, but if you don't like them, the outfit is festive enough without them.
