Canada Post Strike: How this may impact delivery of your order
- USA and International shipments are unaffected and are going out as usual.
- Most parts of Canada are unaffected and going out as usual. We are now shipping through other courier companies, rather than Canada Post.

We may not be able to ship to the following areas of Canada because alternate carriers still depend upon the assistance of Canada Post for last-mile delivery:
- Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories
- Remote parts of Canada (If your postal code is on this list, it may be considered remote.)
- Shipping addresses containing: PO Box, RPO, RR, or Rural Route. Please provide a street address instead and we will be able to ship (as long as your postal code is not on the above list.)
If you live in a remote area to which we cannot currently ship (your postal code is on this list) we suggest you place your order, and a member of our team will be in contact. Alternatively, you can:
- Have the order shipped to an address in a postal code not on this page. Perhaps friends or family visiting for the holidays can bring it with them.
- Place your order now and we will hold it until it can be shipped by Canada Post. Some items are selling out, but if you place your order now, we will reserve the products for you and will honour the sale prices. If the strike is not settled in time for your gift-giving, you may cancel your order at any time.
