Saila's qamutiik (sled) is a smaller version of the one her family pulls behind their snowmobile when travelling to their camp in the winter. This wooden sled is true to the design of the traditional qamutiik used by the Inuit in Canada's north and also includes a harness for use with plush dog (dogs are sold separately).

Did You Know? A family business in Wallenstein, Ontario grows the trees, harvests the wood, and crafts it into these beautiful hand-made Qamutiik, just for Maplelea!

    The sled is 40.5 cm (16") long x 15 cm (6") wide x 15 cm (6") high.
