  • Using Canadian hardwood from responsible sources, the Maplelea wooden toboggan is a replica of the real thing. A family business near Waterloo, Ontario does it all! They harvest the timber, mill the wood, steam bend the slats and assemble the parts, just as they do for the full-size toboggans they make. Easy-to-use elastic loops fit around the doll's wrists to hold her in place.  Includes journal pages about how toboggans are made.

    Note : The Maplelea toboggan is intended for indoor, pretend play.  If you decide to play with your doll outside, take care that snow, water or dirt does not get in her eyes as it may permanently impair the movement of the eyes.

    The toboggan is 46 cm (18") long x 14.5 cm (5.7") wide.

A real toboggan!

An excellent piece to go with your doll. Made in Canada. I bought it last winter for photo shoots.
The little elastics at the front let your dolls hands hang on. It's super cute, durable, and it's actually a real toboggan! You won't be disappointed if you buy one.

Perfect wooden toboggan

I received this wooden toboggan a couple of years ago and I am so glad that Maplelea has kept it up in stock. It is the perfect mini of our real Canadian wooden toboggans. I grew up in Canada with toboggans like this one, and I made sure my children had toboggans to slide with just like it. This one fits 3 dolls. It also has strong elastic loops to insert the dolls hands for holding on up just at the front curl of the toboggan.

Just like a real one

This is the perfect toy to play with the dolls. I bought one at the same time as my doll years ago. I couldn't pass up on a Canadian made toboggan. It is exactly like the one I use.
